I'm pretty certain I have this one! Elm St at Aspinwall Road, in Red Hook, Dutchess County, NY.
After what happenned this morning (just missing the last clue) I can sleep tonight, without worry.

I have actually been in Colon, although I never knew the alternate name til tonight!
