Some things to know about the area...theres some train tracks, a highway and a hospital. Its day two and no one has yet to give an answer, let me elaborate more on the details. Train tracks are no longer in use, highway is overhead, and the hospital is ...well that one just give away the location. lol.

Okay...How about 1st Ave between 58th and 59th Streets in Brooklyn?...at least, for the first pix.
The second pix shows the one of the towers below Luthern Medical Center at 53rd-54th St and 1st Av, so I think it was taken looking NE just about the same location as the first pix.
